✅ POLISHED – Not quite right? We’ll make complimentary adjustments to ensure your media looks polished and professional.

✅ PERFECTED – Weather or property not cooperating? We’ll come back and reshoot under qualifying conditions, free of charge. If there is an issue…we will make it right.

✅ PROTECTED – Still not satisfied after we’ve done all we can? We’ll issue a full or partial refund — no questions asked.

The 24N Promise – Policy & Restrictions

At Twenty Four North Media, we’re committed to delivering polished, professional results — every time. Our 24N Promise backs that commitment with a guarantee you can trust. To keep things fair and efficient, here’s what’s covered.

POLISHED

We’ll make it right with professional edits.

  • Includes: color correction, sky replacement, object removal (within reason), and alignment adjustments.

  • Must be requested within 5 business days of delivery.

  • Complex or custom edits (e.g. virtual staging, digital landscaping) may incur additional charges.

PERFECTED

We’ll reschedule and return — when it’s truly needed.

  • Applies only in cases of:

    • Weather-related issues impacting quality

    • Property access problems not caused by the client

    • Image quality concerns due to equipment or photographer error

  • Must be requested within 7 business days of the original shoot.

  • Client-related issues (unstaged or unclean properties, etc.) do not qualify for a free reshoot.

PROTECTED

If we’ve missed the mark, we’ll make it right financially.

  • Refunds (full or partial) are considered only after:

    • Retouch and reshoot options have been offered

    • Deliverables are deemed unusable due to service error

  • Requests must be submitted within 10 business days of delivery.
