A clean, well-prepped home makes all the difference. From lighting and linens to countertops and curb appeal, every detail impacts how a space photographs—and how it’s perceived.

We’ve created a Pre-Shoot Checklist to make it simple. It walks you through exactly how to get your listing photo-ready, room by room. The goal? Clear, inviting spaces that allow buyers to picture themselves living there. Less clutter. More impact.

For most shoots, agents and brokers receive media by 8 PM the next day.

Short-term rentals, builders, and developers can expect delivery within 3 business days.

For social campaigns or multiple video formats we take a little extra time to ensure everything is perfectly tailored and platform-ready.

We keep a close eye on the forecast and will reach out if weather may affect your shoot. Light rain usually isn’t an issue—our photographers are equipped with rain covers, and we often proceed as planned. The only limitation is drone footage, which can’t be captured safely in wet conditions. If that’s the case, we’ll reschedule that portion as needed. And no matter the skies on shoot day, our blue sky guarantee ensures your final photos will shine.

You’ll receive an email with links to your private client portal. From there, you’ll be prompted to complete payment to unlock your media. Once paid, you can download your content, share it with your team or clients, and access your beautifully branded property website—all in one place. Everything is mobile-friendly, organized, and built to make marketing seamless.

We love pets! But, for the safety of our team and equipment, all pets must be crated or removed before we arrive. If a loose pet is present and no one is available to secure it, the shoot will be rescheduled and the a fee will be charged, as your time slot was reserved exclusively for your property.

Please note: if a pet or person damages our equipment, the homeowner is liable for the cost of repair or replacement.

To ensure the best results, our team requires a distraction-free environment. No other services—such as cleaning, staging, landscaping, or repairs—should be scheduled the day of the shoot. If other providers are on-site or the home is not fully ready upon our arrival, the shoot will be rescheduled on-site and a fee will apply, as your time slot was reserved exclusively for your property.

We understand things come up—and we do our best to work with you.

• Reschedules due to weather or emergencies are at our discretion at no charge if made at least 2 hours before the shoot.

• Cancellations for non-weather reasons must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: A $175 cancellation/reschedule fee applies.

• On-site cancellations or unready properties (including loose pets or other contractors present): A fee will be charged.

We’re flexible—but your time slot was reserved exclusively for your property. Clear communication helps us keep everything running smoothly.

Absolutely. Twilight sessions add depth and emotion—perfect for showcasing glowing interiors, ambient exteriors, and standout curb appeal. For video, our day-to-night transitions create a cinematic mood that highlights the lifestyle and elevates the entire presentation.

At Twenty Four North Media, we retain full copyright of all images, videos, and other media we create.

As our client, you receive a license to use the content for marketing—either as a single-use license for residential listings, or a multi-use license for broader commercial promotion (such as builders, developers, and short-term rentals), depending on your project.
